Its a "perfect" ending according to bioware. You have to have 4000+ military power and anderson has to live. If he dies, you have to have 5000+military power. Then you go and destroy the reapers, everything else stays the same but then it shows this body with n7 dogtags showing and all the sudden it takes a quick deep breath like when you wake up from a bad dream  ya know? But yeah. Thats the only thing that changes. Kind of alludes that he is alive still.

I believe that one's effective, actually. My total was around 6.3k going in the final fight, with an effectiveness of 3.9k. So I just barely missed that secret ending.
