First of all i will like to thanks Sajin for assisting me before doing my RMA.

So i got my GTX960 SSC 4GB on 3/20 and there was an issue with the fan controller. I submitted my rma request on 3/23 just a bit pass midnight and got my rma accepted within 1 hour. Went to UPS and shipped my package on the morning. EVGA received my package on 3/24 at noon. Fast forward 3 days later, my new replacement is here :D. I could of chosen newegg's rma since their warehouse is 15 mins away from my home. But, I read some good and bad reviews on EVGA's CS so i had to try it myself. Well there you have it. Overall, my rma experience was very smooth!

    Before several months when they send me package... he arrive so fast that I didn't have time to check tracking number. 
    I expect anybody except guy from UPS when I hear ring day after sending package from Germany to Serbia.

    I'm rather pissed I have to spend $30 return shipping something that died 5 minutes after installing it.  Why should I pay for EVGA's lack of up front quality control on infant mortality?
     
    (It's expensive insuring a $1000 package)

    As a customer i have to agree with your point of view... but unless we can convince them to pay for shipping they have to stick to their policy. As for me i got the card for 239.99 on newegg + $10 rma shipping ( friend works at ups so gave me $3 credit for insurance) = 249.99 evga's price. So i guess i am lucky lol.

    Anyways i hope u get your new card soon! :)

    Let me share my experience, i recently RMAd a gt620 with a bad fan, while i had to pay the return shipping. the service,speed and attention for this basic card was nothing short of spectacular.  You guys did so awesome that im waiting delivery of my new GTX 970 FTW+.  Keep the awesomeness up.
