Where to begin.. Opened the box amazed at the design - pulled off all the tape removed all of the doors and panels to begin my new build. Got everything put back together to find out that the tab that hold the "push grill" were defective and the grill didn't close all of the way "This will get you a replacement because this isn't repairable" Which is just outrageous. I was talking to a tech and he wanted me to try and pull it out with needle nose pliers "Tried, but i'm not going to break the clip off and be responsible for further damage it could cause to the case.. 2nd ISSUE the back door is warped and doesn't sit flush. They were still looking into the clip issue at this point - 3-4 weeks later i received a door in the mail w/no email from evga stating they were sending me anything. Get it out of the packaging to find the handle that clips into the door was broken. Called Evga, sent pictures informing them of th issue, no big deal. Sends me another door. "Per Manager Chris" they were pulling these off new cases and sending to me directly.. 2ND Door received came better packaged inside of a box the side of a ATX case with all the padding you should expect. Made sure the handle wasn't broken, went to install to find it wasn't seating right.. It litterally makes a 20 degree turn inward like someone bent the door over their knee.. With no signs of crease marks this had to be factory defective. Manager Chris calls me stating it's cheaper for them to send me another case entirely and take the parts i need. After talking with him, i wouldn't be able to just take parts because i cannot remove the clips and neither could they. So i was to be expected to spend another 1:30 mins to 2 hours installing everything into the new case.. At this point i just want to be done with this RMA so i agreed to send me another case. RECEIVED case in it's normal manfacture box with a giant hole int he side like someone kicked it. Very well could have been UPS at fault, but why send me a case packaged like it was previously??
The padding in this case is superb "IN THE CORNERS" holding the case in place. THERE IS ZERO PROTECTION to the side panels.
Pulled out the case and found the door hinge was broken off and the door doesn't shut. I emailed Chris back again about the issue, he didn't respond to me until i contacted Product Manager Jacob Freeman, stating he didn't receive my email but Jacob requested i forward him the entire email. Never heard back from Jacob in regards to the issue.
ALL CUSTOMER, BEWARE OF THESE CASE ISSUES!
If it's a door, they will send it multiples until it's not cost effective for them. If it's anything else internal that holds this chassis to function, instant replacement. This thing is solid 51 lbs with nothing in it.. And wasn't expected to be a Lemon.

    Dear Partyboyy15,

I am sorry that you had a problem with damage during shipping.  I can confirm that we have sent many of these cases and we have seen very little to no damage due to shipping, as the packaging is more than sufficient under normal circumstances.  I can also confirm that we are doing everything that we can to work with you from sending the multiple new doors to sending the new case and offering another after the last one was lanced during shipping.

I will continue to work with you through email and we will help you with returning your case as requested.  I am once again very sorry that you had these problems with shipping damage as this is a very nice product and thank you for being an EVGA customer. chrisb@evga.com

Chris I'm doing this for the general public to be made aware like i informed you Via email in which you haven't responded to me since last night. Can you elaborate what is protecting the side panels in shipment if you're sending the manufacture box via ups across the the U.S?  My original order came in a larger ACTUAL shipping box with some padding between the manufacture box and the shipping box and didn't have this issue. You stated these were taken off of previous DG87 in your warehouse "The 3rd door to the right" The last door that was shipped out to me wasn't damaged in shipment. That is a straight factory defect with no signs of foul play to the box it was shipped in compared to the thinner one shipped with the broken handle "in the middle"

Did you try and push in on those tabs on the front. They look like they are seated. They are out of sync. If you push in on the middle of them they will pop out and you can then attach the front of the case. The tabs in the rear of my case were like that. I just took a paper clip and pushed in on them and they popped out. The back of my case is like that too but when I push in on the corners they pop into place perfectly. They are a tight fit. It doesn't take too much pressure to pop them in just a slight nudge.

I thought that might have been it, so we had tried pushing in the tabs with the tip of needle nose pliers and it wasn't making a difference :(.

Thank you for the tip though.
