I've got a couple of PCs in the house and currently my main build is folding.  Are there any restrictions (for the EVGA bucks program) on installing folding @ home on the other (less powerful but 24/7) machines and tying them to my folding account?

Nope, you can fold on 100 different systems as long as you are the owner. And from a folding standpoint the more hardware the better.

Each computer should be setup with your User Name, Team, and passkey on each one.
Then you are set to go..

I have 4 computers running, 10x GPU's total running at the moment.
My main computer connects to the other computers so I can control them remotely, (ie. clients)
    See the left hand column.
