More than one temp sensor on 1070s?

Is there more than one temperature sensor to monitor on 1070's?  The hybrids I have stick around 45, but I wonder about the VRMs, RAM, etc.  My two 1070 hybrids are right next to each other in the case.  And I'm getting ready to move my 980ti in the same machine, but am wondering if there is more to test before doing that.

    I have found no tool that shows the temps of the vRam on any video card.
    Even the New AIDA64 v5.80
