More issue from my EVGA P67 FTW motherboard

Hi all, after I install all peripherals, i try to power on my pc. but when i press the power on butter, it just on for 1 sec and than off......only the Blue LED on the motherboard is on constantly, can anyone have any idea what goes wrong, please advice me......Thanks.

    I think your PSU may be the problem, time to do the paper clip test on your PSU. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FWXgQSokF4

    I just tested my PSU, but it's seems to be working properly, and  I also replace it with a brand new one, but it still has the same issue. Any idea? Thanks.................

    Have you tried clearing the CMOS? Have you tried disconnecting your cases power on and reset switches and manually booting the board using on the on board power button?

    I did try cleared the CMOS by pressing the clear CMOS button beside the manual power button on the board. I also had disconnected all case connectors to the motherboard, and just use the onboard manual power button. but same result.

    Try booting it up outside of the case. If it fails there your most likely going to need to RMA the board.
