So after i install the new card, my main monitor Identity in the control panel is number 2 and secondary monitor is 1 ? and if i swap the cables the bios well display on the second monitor, i did a clean install of Windows 10 with latest nvidia driver 353.62, now the only option i have is to set display 2 as primary.
is this a driver issue ?

You can't change where the BIOS displays because the drivers haven't loaded yet. But I don't understand the other issue you are having based on what you said.

You should be able to click on the box of monitor 1 in that photo and there should be an option to make it your primary display.

I don't want monitor 1 to be the primary display, as you can see in the picture rog swift monitor is number 2 which is my primary display, all i want is to swap monitors identity in the control panel.
    Thanks

Maybe you can find what you want in right click on the desktop and go to display. There should be a place somewhere in that or stemming from it that resembles NVIDIA Control Panel. I know I had to use this to set up my 3 monitors.

I'm sorry I don't understand the question very well, but I think you will be able to figure it out there.
