Missing output covers on my new 980 Classified's

I just realized after watching JayZtwocent review that the card he had displayed had the covers on them. I purchased mine Oct 31 so they were new, I assume, got them from Newegg and they were shrink wrapped. But only one of them had the little rubber SLI tab cover, and both were missing all the port covers that have been on every other EVGA card that I have gotten in the past. I mean really, what if I decide later on to get a display that uses the DP port, would be nice to know it had been covered and dust free when I plugged a DP cable into it, gonna send a support ticket in, I'm sure I already know the answer 
 
Did anyone else notice they were missing, or was this just a freak occurrence?

    You might get some replies to this if you ask a mod to move it into the 900 series section of the forums.
