Middle Mouse Button Not Working

So I've got the X10 Carbon, I've had it for a few months now, it's a great mouse. Truly it is.

Today my wheel button appears to not be functioning... about 30 minutes at most.

Suggestions?

    It seems to be a bit finicky about whether or not it works at any given moment, wondering if perhaps the switch is failing?

    It could be an issue with the switch. If this persists, register the unit and contact support. We'll see what we can do for you.

    I install their software only to update the Firmware and then remove it from my computer.
    I have not seen or have had any real issues with my X10 Carbon Mouse. (I use my mouse only on USB 2.x Ports)

    I think mine has gone, I have to put an excessive amount of force down for the button to register. I tried cleaning it and taking it apart, button looks fine and feels fine. So I think the button is internally broken and it is not covered by warranty because I received mine as one of the first productions through the giveaway when they came out. Think it's time for a new mouse... :(

    Its the omron switch... you can rma, try to clean the switch yourself, but you have to be extreemly careful, or find a mouse vendor that makes their own switches and the only one that comes to mind is steelseries, they make some of the best custom designed switches in the industry. Omrons have become very cheap.
