yeah i hear you but man even at 30hz this game runs  really smooth
and the story is out of this world just like a movie, and the cut scenes are live.  
this game is goty for me thats for sure even gtav got boring real fast, this just keeps me wanting to start the game
over and ove cause the beginning is so intense.

My sister was really wanting to play it. She played Mafia 1&2 and beat them both. So, I watched for about 30-45 mins or so. Not bad! I thought it looked GREAT! But, yeah that framerate. BARF! But, she was okay with it. Go figure. Other then that. I could tell its going to be a fantastic game with excellent story telling. The people. WOW! Its pretty creepy just how real they look.

Patch 1.01 is live on Steam.  Now three choices  30, 60 and unlimited fps.  Go get it.

Got the patch. While its great they unlocked it. It just bugs me. Why not add 120, 144 and 165 for choices as well you know? I am using unlimited option right now. I cant see my FPS now with Precision OSD. Every since I unlocked the framerate. It wont show.

4k=no go max settings even with a Titan X. Even 1440p is a struggle @max settings with a GTX 1080.

The performance is hilarious considering how poor the game looks.
 
Another disappointing major game release in 2016. Thankfully the year is almost over with.

Thank goodness I didn't drop $60 on this.
 
Someone did a video comparing Mafia 2 to Mafia 3.  9 times out of 10, Mafia 2 is much better.

I have had loads of fun with Mafia 2 when it was re-released about 2 months ago on steam.  I think I picked it up for $4.99
 
That game supports 21:9 and runs flawlessly and looks gorgeous at 3440x1440p

Did they release updates for it, or was it just a re-release, and having the same BS issues with the PhysX? I liked the PhysX, but that game had a huge flaw with it, and they never fixed it from what I have seen.
