Today is the day. According to the Official Thread, the challenge will last around 2 to 3 weeks.
tank, go ahead and crank them up. As long as it is your hadware, no foul per the rules. From my perosnal experience, they will cut into the SMP/-bigadv PPD. Compare total PPD output with and without the 470's and go with the configuration that yields the most IMO.

Check my sig team mates by the end of the week I'll have those 2 additional servers running. Just scored the E5649 cpu's. I'll have to decommission Rig 2 but that's ok, I'll be trading 20,000 PPD for 100,000 PPD.

Sorry boys I had a bit of an issue. I noticed I didn't get any points the last two updates. I had turned on my GPU's that I haven folded on in several months last night. Well I'm at the firehouse today and I called my wife to check on the pc. It crashed, when she started up the smp it looks like it dumped it and started a new one.
This contest hasn't been good to me, sorry
