2.Time Lords -we pick a time lord pic we like from Dr.WHO, and a scene from one of the episiode (should be enough of them- including the master).

and put your gopher buddy on the pic with a mountain man both sporting guns for you
we can also find other pics (different backdrops sigs for each member...individualized for each member)
 
but it be majority rules...I'll wait till others have their say
 
furthermore I can make both too or make sigs depending on the theme you like (just need enough setup time)

i keep telling my wife im gonna have a taxidermy squirrel army above our fireplace. i never get a happy responce.

a gopher is a ground squirrel...same family genus
so I mistook him for his cousin...
I'll tell you...where I am in Western Canada you be hard pressed to find a squirrel...just them land varmits. 
although I can find a few ... here and there (rare)

nothing but wheat, cattle, oil and gas in an open prairie

If you don't want your buddy mistaken as a gopher put him in a tree with some gunnery not on the ground.
With his coloring he's quite easily mistaken for the them.

That's his expertixe in camoflauge.
 
What responsibilities go with being team captain?

not much other than kicking our butts when we aren't producing our output. (motivating the team...getting them to come out and play)
 
and maybe dealing with team PPD issues (like someone cheating and discussions with troy on remedies)
 
and possible discussions with other team captains on the contest or rules (like cheating, Contest fairness,excessive PPD increases,etc)
 
You've been here longer than me. and Im helping out troy8d with the contest (so I opted out of team captain).

If excessive PPD increases are going to be considered an issue, then I'm out of this contest.  When there is no team balancing going on, it really doesn't matter what PPD anyone reported.  People should be encouraged to increase beyond what they originally estimated, not punished for it.
