Hello everybody,
 
I have purshase a 960 (not on the EVGA shop but to a participating partner (Rue du commerce) ) and register my product in my profile.
I have upload my bill yesterday.
 
When I try to redeem my code :
This request form is ONLY for purchases FROM EVGA.com.
YOU HAVE NO QUALIFIED REGISTERED PRODUCTS
 
Guys, do you think I have to wait until the EVGA staff member validate the bill (It can took 1 to 3 days) ? Should I contact them ?

    No. You bought from Rue du commerce so your game code comes from Rue du commerce. EVGA is participating in a NVIDIA promotion. The code comes from authorized retailers, Rue du commerce in this instance. If Rue du commerce is not participating, you will not get a code.

    These are the AUTHORIZED retailers according to Nvidia. Talk to the retailer you bought from as EVGA is not your retailer.

    I called microcenter about the batman game being broken and pulled and they sent me a MGS code. Just send proof the game was pulled before their promotion was up.

    I bought my 980ti Hybrid from Amazon, and their details say they email you the code after the item ships.  I received my code from Amazon the next day.
     
    I should say, the code....to go to the NVidia page to redeem, to then get the steam code.
     
    But it all worked and I had it redeemed a few days before launch.
     
    Where as my friend just bought a 970 from Fry's, and it seems he's hosed since they are not a retailer listed there, even though it was an EVGA card he bought.
