Low fps in rainbow six siege

Hello, I have sli 1080s and a 4790k, I am only getting 40 fps on 4k with aa off, sli i get 55fps. In single mode the gpu is at 2020 and 100% utilisation. People on youtube get around 75fps 4k.
Every other game seems fine like witcher 3 80fps and rise of the tomb raider 70 fps.
10092 FIRESTRIKE ULTRA score.
I guess i just need some reassurance my gpus are not at fault. If anyone has rainbow six could you tell me what fps your getting?

    Thanks for the help. ddu did not help, what fixed the low fps was a refresh of windows. My fps has doubled.. Something must have been corrupted big time.
