Why my base clock is 99,76 mhz, is very low.
Who know why?

    Take another screen shot during a burn test.
    EDIT: And that is your bus speed, What are your RAM settings in the BIOS?

    For ram set 2400 mhz my base clock is same when I load system with prime95 or another stress test program
