The newer hydro-coppers are made by EK, a couple years ago swiftech was making the hydro block. You will more than likely run into a nateman thread [hopefully]. He has helped the community with specialized products to fill the gaps. And he is always learning new things. He has been delving in forging lately. If you see his profile at the bottom are his products he has made, you can click on them to check them out. :)

I will try to spot one of his threads later and see what he has got going on, and I will also look through his Heatware site: https://www.heatware.com/index.php

Also, EK makes EVGA's blocks?  That is good to know.  EK has good products, but it seems they are getting too much of a monopoly going on within the water-blocking sector of the PC component industry--there is nothing like competition to keep companies honest and on their toes. . ..

Camille6244,

If you are interested there is a member here that loves toying with stuff like water blocks. He builds items like that. His name is nateman_doo.

Cool!  I am pretty much water-blocked out (though I may water block my Intel 750 Series 400GB add-in card if it ever starts getting too hot . . .), but it sounds like nateman_doo should have his own YouTube channel and perhaps showcase his wares for at least enough profit to finance his further ventures.

I can vouch for his parts, Nateman made blocks for my board and I swear by them, made good stuff, reasonable prices too, more than mass produced blocks, but his are usually made to order.

Awesome!  For the next rig I build, I am definitely going to check the dude out--I like the idea of custom blocks by someone who knows what they are doing.

overclock.net is British is it not?  One thing I will say for the Brits is they get national access to new tech before Americans do.  When the Samsung PCIe NVMe M.2's first came out, they were available in Europe and Asia months before they were available here in America.  It was quite upsetting to me since our country seems to do a lot of military engagement for the benefit of other countries across the world.  I mean, what is up with that?!  We send our children off to possibly die for other countries yet we cannot get access to new tech at at least the same time as both the Asians and the Europeans get it?  Why do we get 'sloppy seconds' when we are constantly doing the life-or-death stuff that most other countries are incapable of doing?

Pardon me, after seeing how Americans are unfairly denied new tech for several months once it hits the open market on the other side of the world, I am just upset about having to unfairly forfeit our young to those lands as well. . ..
