These remind me of the old school chrome metal fan covers but just advanced glow version. These seem to be on the cutting edge of fan LED design, which is good for LEPA. Case Fan RGB/LED lighting designs are really taking off. This is like the 6th new fan I see with a different style of LED effects. I still like my Tt Riing's the most though they have the exact color I want orange/amber which it was hard to find those with good style, and it's glow is minimal when compared to a lot of the others.

While I'm not a fan of RGB - I am a fan of solid color lighting.  These do look really neat and the modular / vented frame looks very interesting.  I was considering the Tt Riing fans for my next build but these here might be a serious contender.  Rated at 70CFM - I'd like to see some actual performance data / testing on them!

Removable fan blades for cleaning.  Nice.  Will be looking for testing also.

Ever since LGB lighting has come out all of the fan manufacturers are trying to innovate new techniques for RGB. This is very nice to see.

This isnt RGBW, thats just colors used for each fan color. The highlight on these are the light design and side venting.

"The 120mm LED fans from LEPA are available for sale in November sporting four different colors: red, blue, green, and white. Pricing is yet to be disclosed."

I think at the moment ML Fans by CORSAIR are best.
I will buy 4 of them without LEDs.
