As per the Razer Mamba help file (but the same for your Razer):
 
"In the Manage Macros tab, you can record macros of up to 500 keystrokes (dependent on length of delays). These macros can also be imported and exported onto your hard disk for future usage."
 
I believe only the performance settings are kept on the mouse (up to five profiles) using Razer Synapse.
 
"With Razer Synapse, you can save up to five profiles on your Razer Mamba™. If you require more profiles and do not wish to delete the existing profiles, simply export the existing profiles to your hard disk and import them back as and when needed."

If you open up the system tray icon for your Razer (the black orb with the green Razer logo inside it), and click on the fourth tab "Manage Macros", you have the option to use macros the following ways -

• New
• Import
• Export
• Save
• Delete

Clicking Export will open up a dialog box where you can save a file with the MXM filetype.  You can name it and save it where you desire then copy it to a flash drive for example and bring it to another computer.  Using the same tab, click Import and select the MXM file you saved on the flash drive.
