My first mod started for 3 years ago, I've picked up this habit.

I am currently working in Paris (late September), but I'm already working on my new project, JP[0]

    Hi!!!

I like 2 models SAS/SATA Backplanes. Raidsonic IB-543SSK (ICY BOX) by leds, grill and full black body. But I chosen the ICY DOCK MB973SP-2B by USBs (so I avoid having to put one and cut case) and secondly because I do not need key to open. The pc will be home and will be use by me.

    - Kingwin KF-0331-BK
    - iStartUSA BPN-DE230SS-BLACK

Good night. Finally finished shape the box.

Everything you see in the pictures is methacrylate, any components or screws. It has taken time to design without resorting to metal profiles for joint panel.

The holes you see inside is because it is smoked gray acrylic. The lines you see on grills are for out grills and clean Decimflex mesh incorporated.

    Top & low

    Front & back

    Sides

    Isometrics

    More udates!!!

    First package..

    Icy Dock MB973SP-2B

The specifitacion are above. So, go to comments...
Comment that I was pleasantly surprised its weight, it is very very very light due to its aluminum body totally.
The quality and finish of all I liked it. Worth paying what it's worth.

    Count material & renders... 2014/09/14 17:14:43 (permalink)
    Hi
Here (Google Drive) you have the foreground of the box. Count of materials and parts separately. Excludes RL, it's just the box with screws.

And finally, the renders. I'm not professional and they are my first render ever. So do not criticize me a lot. If you see white spots, called "fireflies", is a problem and render noise from Indigo, is not it the coated methacrylate.

As you see in the picture below, all grids (including those above) will have filters Decimfilter stuck inside and will be able to get clean.

Below you will see out that I have adapted the system used Lianli in some of their boxes, leaving the PCIs cards directly aligned with the wall of the box. This is an exterior view and fixing system of PCIs. will be able to get clean.

    Pump and drain system

The tank with the trim. The deposit is transparent but has been inadvertently icing. FrozenQ also has deposits and are very handsome. It is a possibility that I wont. Sand the tank and tube to give a glazed appearance.

    Inside front window

The latest images are noticed more poor quality (no more than 15 minutes pulling the render), but it is very late and go to sleep.

    Regards !!!
