Issues with X99 Calssified and Win 10 Pro

I did a clean install of Win 10 Pro and having many issues.  I am working through most of them but this one is a puzzle.  I tried to update this USB issue to no avail.  Any suggestions?

    There is always the chance that it is not an EVGA Device that is causing that alert. Granted I have different MB to an X99 Classified but the only additional device I have in my Win 8.1 machine is the Corsair Link USB Dongle, you dont happen to have a Corsair PSU or AIO Cooler with iLINK do you (or similar) ? There seem to be some issues with it under Win 10
     
    To help identify it, If you bring up the properties of the problem item, look under Details at the Hardware ID , you should see something like USB\VID_1B1C&PID_1C00&REV_0000 , you could then google it or a subset of it or look it up at

    Good eye Guru as that's very possible with the very buggy Corsair Link Software.
