Have overclocked to 4 gig, however if I change anything under the cpu tab the system reverts back to stock speed even though it shows target speed to selected overclock.  Did not have the issue with Devils Canyon chip so seems like 5775c issue. Am running latest bios.

You are first owner of Broadwell CPU I saw on forums.
Intel didn't leave enough space for him and most people choose between Haswell i7-4790K and Skylake i7-6700K,
    even Haswell-EP i7-5820K.

Yeah I looked at it.  Does not address my issue.  I have a good overclock at 4 gig at 1.18 volts, but have to run all cpu settings at default which is really no big deal, but kind of odd I cannot change them.  The simulations that i run this is by far the highest fps and fluidity.  Running a 5820k at 4.4 with 980ti  provides same frames almost as 5775c with gtx680.  So game is very cpu limited. Temps on 5775 run about 58 degress c under full load, sp pretty good.
