Well what do you mean by the pcb is wrong?? Also GeForce Experience has been known to cause problems so you might want to uninstall that and see if it helps. Also description of where you believe a screw is missing would help.

Yea I would talk to whoever you got it from to get it replaced first but if they won't exchange it I would contact evga to get it replaced. Just the state of it missing screws and warped pcb something may have happened to it. If its withen 30 days and you are in USA/Canada evga will normally even pay for the shipping to send it back.

If you pull the heatsink off, what are the numbers etc.... that are silkscreened on the gpu chip itself? That will tell you for sure what you have. Pulling the heatsink will not void your warranty with evga, but you will have to reapply fresh thermal paste to the gpu. You can use a program like gpuz to see what it reads as also if you don't want to pull the hs/f. Put the info up here and we can decipher it for you if you like.

well, all the numbers look right but it says its running at x16 1.1 pci-e....but that could be just because your not gaming or running it hard. I could be wrong on that though, another member will have to verify that for you or you can run a game or benchmark and then see if it changes by tabbing out to gpuz.

You didn't say what country you're in but yes I see a broken or missing screen in your picture. Was this brand new in the box and shrink wrapped? If so then contact EVGA tech support in your country.

looks like u got a GPU that was returned by another customer.

    nice...

Not really. I would replace it pronto but make sure you have confirmation about the new one actually being new and untouched by any customer.

    Hi BelluX,

I can confirm that the stickers in question are normal and this is part of our manufacturing and QA/QC process. In this case it does appear there was a screw removed and this is shown due to the indentation on the washer attached to that screw hole. I can also confirm that it is not recommended to run this card with 3 screws on the GPU and at this point it would be recommended to either exchange the product with the place of purchase, if they are local to you, or we can have our German office work with you to have this exchanged.

I will escalate your forum thread to our German office so that they can contact you to try and support you further. Please understand that they are currently closed but will reopen in about 7 hours.
