Hello !

I bought my card on amazon 40 days ago.

The only RMA solution that I can accept is this one:

- EVGA send me a BRAND NEW CARD, not a refurbished one who has a bad coil whine or something else
A brand new with the box and all the stickers on it. No scratch, no nothing.

- New bios and ALL thermal pads installed

- I dont pay in advance 450 euros I dont have it. They send me directly the new card, I test it and I send the old one.

- They give a prepaid etiquette for the return so I dont have to pay 1 cent.

Is this a dream or evga will make it true ?

Thanks

Dude, whats wrong with you? That is a dream and no manufacturer does things like this?
Why should they send you new one before you return the broken one? You could just keep the new one if you dont pay in advance...

A lot of companys do this to prevent downtime for their customers by taking their CC number and charging it if not returned in XX amount of days.

Only issue I can see is with the 40 days but I would contact directly through a support ticket rather then a forum post.

If you want cross ship, they will probably charge your card or at least put a hold on your card. They usually not send cards out without some form of collateral.

This is correct, if you look up advanced RMA they will put a hold on it amount and if the card isn't sent in for 14days after getting the new card your CC will be charged.
