Unfortunately, no. System Requirements:- Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 or 8 (64-bit Only)
- GeForce TITAN, 700, 600, 500, 400 or 200 series graphics card

Farr be it from me to correct an EVGA tech,, but, there IS INDEED a 32bit Legacy version available from EVGA at the following address. h t t p ://w w w.evga.com/DriveHQ/Download.aspx?file=ocscannerx_legacy.zip Or go to the EVGA ocscanner webpage and click on the Legacy tab at the bottom. There you will find a download link to version 2.3.1

See if you have this file: "C:\Program Files\EVGA\EVGA OC Scanner X\EVGA_OC_Scanner_v2_x32\EVGA_OC_Scanner.exe" Copy the Folder EVGA_OC_Scanner_v2_x32 over to your XP Computer. Click on NV-Z and if you want that as a stand alone file go to your Temp Folder and copy the file nvz_1.exe to your OC_Scanner folder. You will need to create Short Cuts to them and add the Short Cuts to your Start Menu or wherever you like.  By Default the Current Installer will install that folder on your Windows X64 Computer. Also on the page http://www.evga.com/ocscanner/ Click the Legacy Button and you can download Version 2.3.1 Release: 06/24/13 Download Legacy File Name: EVGA_OC_Scanner_X_Setup_v2.3.2_x32.exe Note that the Version from the EVGA_OC_Scanner_v2_x32 that comes with the x64 Version is higher that the Legacy Version. Legacy Version 2.3.2 and the one from the X64 installer is 2.3.4 also the Legacy Version of NV-Z is 0.5.0 and the other 0.7.0 as shown in the above image. JustSomeOldDude

But did you also know that it comes with the X64 Installer as well? And it is a newer version to boot.

You don't have a Win 7 64 bit disk? I got both with my purchase.

You are about to get more annoyed about so much more since both AMD and NVIDIA have dropped support for 32-bit operating systems. You are living in the past. Time to upgrade.

After set up of EVGA OC Scanner v3.6.1.2_x64 you will be prompted to launch either the 64-bit scanner or the included 32-bit scanner. You can then run the 32-bit scanner .exe located in the Program Files\EVGA\EVGA OC Scanner X v3\EVGA_OC_Scanner_v2_x32 folder..You can right-click it to create a desktop shortcut. If EVGA OC Scanner v3.6.1.2_x64 won't install on a 32-bit Windows machine (dunno, never tried it), I just put the latest standalone 32-bit v2.3.4 here on my OneDrive page just special for you (or anybody) to download..Click "Download" at the top-left of the page to get the whole .zip folder with all the files in it.
