Is it possible to go to the back of the line on request?

I have been in the line since September and my card is outside the 90 days or I'd do it myself, I know my number must be coming up shortly, but I also just changed jobs so I will be without a paycheck for 3 weeks, and if my que pops right now I would be unable to pay the 209 dollars to upgrade my 770 to the 980. Is it possible to have my step up pushed to the end of the line?

    I wouldn't even worry about it until it pops. More than likely, if you can't pay at that time, they'll probably work with you by offering an extension or something.

    Just call them up tomorrow. Bet you'll have your resolution in like two minutes. Customer service is pretty spectacular around here.

    nah they cant and im outside the 90 day window, so unless a mircle happens im not getting my 980
