I don't see any points today from Stanford. Is one of their servers down?

Yes. EOC was down so I tried Stanford stats and nothing came up there.
Yesterday I had trouble getting WU's for a while and then that got fixed.

I have had trouble with the software even seeing my 980's.  Is there something I am missing?  They are seeing my 780Ti's but not one my 980 rigs.  I even got the latest version.  Not sure what to do.

I’ve taken a look at it and there’s a more serious issue with a particular server than I can take care of myself.  I’ve filed a ticket with the sysadmin team.  Best guess ETA on this being fixed is Monday at noon (assuming this is something simple).
VijayPande    Looks like some major issues there.

If the FAHClient doesn't recognize your GPU(s), then it probably doesn't have the correct/latest GPU.txt file (whitelist). Usually when you just start the FAHClient (after a new or clean install*), it downloads the latest GPU.txt file and your GPU(s) should show up.  If it didn't add the GPU slot(s) automatically after it downloaded the latest GPU.txt file, then you can always try to add the GPU slot(s) manually.

    * A clean install is when you've uninstalled the previous version, including the Data files (which by default is not selected when you uninstall the previous version).

You can find more info on the Folding Forum:  Information About GPUs.txt File

Here is another update from Prof. Vijay Pande's Blog:  Issue with fah-web.stanford.edu

May 17, 2015 by Vijay Pande

Likely due to a recent extremely heavy (and unusually rare) electrical storm, we’ve had some server issues last week.  I thought we’d gotten them all but we see now that there’s an issue with fah-web.stanford.edu, which serves up both the Folding@home stats and project descriptions.  While the stats are being accumulated on a separate server, fah-web is the web server that displays them to donors.  I’ve taken a look at it and there’s a more serious issue with a particular server than I can take care of myself. I’ve filed a ticket with the sysadmin team. Best guess ETA on this being fixed is Monday at noon (assuming this is something simple).

The stats accounting is still going on and this appears to be just an issue with the web server (fah-web), so we expect
that this resolution should be simple enough once our sysadmin team gets to this on Monday .

Good news is the individual lookup pages are actually still reporting just fine:

    http://fah-web.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/main.py?qtype=teamstats

    http://fah-web.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/main.py?qtype=userstats

so you can look up team totals and individual totals.

Which is how I found that we're currently only 280,371,145 behind Default!

And, as an added bonus to the odd way the stats flat files broke, I was able to debug my stats program because I never expected to have this scenario. Now it's cleaned up and chugging away, waiting for the next successful update.

I've added a column to my overtake tracking that draws from the raw Stanford numbers - I'll still need to rely on EOC for the average PPD info, but we'll at least get the 'live' numbers for comparison.

Actually, the flat files haven't updated yet. Vijay said it'd likely be noon, and I assume that's PDT, so we're still a couple of hours out from an expected fix window.

Boom! We're back up and updating. Expect the first EOC update to hit in 2.5 hours as they grab at top of the hour, and we just missed the noon CDT update.

Thanks for the help guys.  I uninstalled the software.  Installed the new driver out today, then reinstalled the software.  Things seem to working fine now.  I'll see if they generate the points I am used or hopefully more.
I'll be having my 780Ti's and my 980's running over here for the near future.  Hope my contribution helps.
