    3.8GHz dual w/HT, very nice at less than half the price of i7-4790K.  I'd like to think with Skylake we'll see more cheap high frequency parts.  Broadwell will only come to desktop as unlocked, and therefore of no interest as I can't afford it anyway.

    For Intel processors, 0.122 x TDP = Continuous Amps at 12v [source].
