Intel Braswell's SolidRun will be among us soon in two major flavours (and feature-rich at that).  They're perfect for a mini-PC, robotics, etc.  OS compatibility includes Windows, Linux and Android.
 You'll have the option of:
  • Quad Core Intel Atom E8000 with either 2GB or 4GB DDR3 RAM (IB8000)
    ($117 and $139 respectively)
  • Quad Core Intel Pentium N3710 with either 4GB or 8GB DDR3 RAM (IB3710) with configuration options: heatsink, industrial enclosure, AC adapter, SD card, M.2 SSD, etc.
    ($214 and $255 respectively)
When selecting 4GB versions, shipping is 14 business days
When selecting 2GB/8GB versions, shipping is 4-6 weeks
