Well , i just got a pm from troy..
Apparently it is allowed to break the rules at any given point of the competition and use "hack" aka (cloud system) to better yourself..
there is no rules regarding the folding competition apparently ...

Im still getting these project 7200 which are showing no points being made on this wu. I know it is an official wu and is just bugged, but is this still counting towards my contest PPD or are these units not trackable through the contest?

You still get the points, the GPU Tracker just doesn't know its value, so it cannot tell you. I get one occasionally too. If you are curious and want to see your ppd on it, you can use this bonus calculator. I have to use it on my mac servers to figure out what they are doing since they can only run the old clients.

I wasn't speaking in contest points, 1 million points = 1000 contest points, so contest point wise were were the first to hit 1000, non contest points wise 1 mill.
Ahhh I see. My bad. I are always confused. Especially why i can't get my rig to fold overclocked =X making me mad. I guess it wouldn't make much a difference folding at 3.2ghz and 3.8ghz though. O well.. Seems all is working fine now folding at stock speeds.

Managed to get a link to my neighbors wireless, it's proving problematic though. I grabbed a GPU unit that's burning away at the moment. Can't seem to get a CPU for some reason. Though I can get WCG units. some firewall problem I think, he has some filter from his provider to stop his kids getting to nasty sites and it seems to be blocking some of the Stanford servers   Hopefully the phone company will be out tomorrow to fix the line. <edit> I should be able to catch up as long as they fix it on Monday.

Glad to hear everything is well with you at least simba. Well with the exception of your internet and what not. And yes that is definitely some dedication to find any which way to fold when the folding gets tough!

On a plus note. I am currently folding on this rig, my main rig, and my temperatures seem to be a lot cooler then 90C. Right now it is sitting at 80 - 81C "Knock on wood". Hopefully it will stay at this temperature with only 75 percent fan speed.

I just wish i could fold with my cpu overclocked! =X o well 3.2 will have to do for this contest. I need to figure out how to overclock my rig though with out any hiccups. Still getting used to this bios switch over from asus to asrock.

lol! It was a bit of a pest to get going. I have to link up to the neighbors wireless through a laptop because I don't have wireless on my desktop, then had to set up ICS on the laptop and my rig to get on the internet that way. Fun and games there only to be thwarted by a stupid firewall!!! The phone company should be out tomorrow. I know exactly what's wrong and if I had the right tools I could fix it myself, but I can't find my crimpers anywhere, and don't have the right crimp anyway. well I probably do, but they will be with my crimpers, lost somewhere. bit annoying, all this for a 1c part. Heck, I just checked and we don't even need my points! Ins@nity f@Holders are kicking butt!!

Have you looked at your own team's statistics before you complain about fairness? Why would you complain about one person adding one HP cloud account, when your teammate went from roughly 7 to 12 HP cloud accounts in the middle of the contest? There is no other team that has a chance against yours with one member producing 700 more contest points per day than estimated.
