Thought I'd pop in and see what's happening. Just the usual trolling I see.  We have overtaken Mads Maniacs. Next up is the Protein Prophets. Seems I underestimated my ppd badly. Hope we don't get stung too much for that. Fold on!

Good to have you Simba. We were ahead of them as of last update they surged past us and are currently in first. I estimated mine for in the middle sometimes it goes under my estimation sometimes over.

Looks like the rule change throttled your points a bit there Simba.  Me too from the looks of it. And here I was about to make my gaming PC do some folding too. I should have estimated higher.

I just got a PM back from one of the team members with Zero points, they are away for the weekend and will be back folding after the weekend.
Nice. Hopefully the other team member starts folding soon. I hate seeing zeros when a contest kicks off and not knowing why.

Hey guys I really want to help more by OCing my cpu but I am having so much trouble trying to OC this processor. I have never had to OC anything on a processor more then the CPU Frequency and CPU Voltage.. Can anyone refer me to a good link to overclocking an AMD 1090T on an ASRock 990FX Extreme 4 motherboard using UEFI Bios?
Also if I can find another HDD I can possibly get my older AMD rig up and running. Going to see if I can find an older HDD somewheres I can use..

Add the 450 esCob4r as every point helps. Someone that knows more about AMD chips will have to assist you with that question though, sorry.

Ya so i underestimated big time... these new work units are nuts on the graphics side. I pulled 70k+ yesterday... I'll have my 3820 CPU up hopefully tonight. Wife will be running the X-58 setup minus the 580's...LOL But my PPD might go up some more. It may hurt my production for the team. But hey gotta fold.... Carl Simba123

All bets are off now that points are no longer being limited for overproduction! so Produce away, we are barely holding onto second place (by 1.5 points at the moment  ) and there is only 39 points between 2nd and 4th place. Time to crank up those 580's! Won't be any points out of me for a few updates. I'm stuck on a 12 hour P6099. It should drop a handy bundle of points tomorrow sometime. I'm over budget on my electricity this month so the GPU has to stay off for the time being  knotsonice

This completely slipped my mind when signing up for this contest. I have 2 slightly dated Mac servers (2P Dual core, 2P Quad core) that are getting almost no use. I could fire these up for the team, but this would be some major sandbagging on my part, probably more than doubling my already estimate exceeding production. I don't want to be unfair or anything, but I would certainly like to help out the team. Who knew Macs could be useful?
