^^^ Are you being funny? The way I see it is we continue to crank it hard and see where it all lands. No one "Truly" cares if they are on the losing team. Because those that lost are with cancer now or lost their live or loved one to it. We are all on the winning team, looking to beat that cancer out of here!

latenitec1 IstBarP ... i think we can see who the real winners of this competition should be.. no other team has expanded their folding as much as these two teams, and we are REALLY FAR ahead compared to everyone else.. i think it will be around 3k gap at competition end.. So you are saying the Pimps and Maniac's should just shut it down at midnight tonight because there is no way either of our teams ares going to be able to match your team's awesome total or be able generate as many points as you do? Just Sayin He's not saying that he explained himself in the Announcements thread http://forums.evga.com/fb.ashx?m=1510220 Fold on Team.

HeThing necessaryevil426 HeThing Yeah, Watercooled 470s is greatly recommended. Im folding at 750 on core, but can easily do 825. Temps allow me to do this, but I want them to last for a few years more, so I do not want to kill them already. ATM im doing 174,004.4 PPD.. This is pure FYI.. NOS IS ON!! What core voltage do you use to run at those frequencies? 750/1500/1701 1062mV = 1,062 V 825/1650/2215 1087mV = 1,087 V I also have watercooled GTX 470's 840/1680/1701 I use 1.1 volts. I have not tried to lower voltages, but I just leave them at that voltage Max temps are 53 and 55 Haven't tried pushing these any further. Will do so at the end of this competition. I get 21k if I just leave my computer alone

I assume that you have installed a modded bios on those cards to get it to 1.1, as the default limit is 1,087 V. (which is the "safe" max voltage.) 750/1500/1701 gives you around 19k PPD. The extra 90mhz on core and the extra voltage does not seems to be worth it imo. your cards, your risk.

As of the last eoc update, I am now a millionaire! This is heavily due to every little thing I have kicked on for the contest. It has been some great motivation. On a negative note, some of these extra machines will have to be turned off throughout this week. Nothing major, just a bit of a slowdown from this last round.

I don't mean to be critical, but I think nik0888 may have some failed wu's. The first update had them at 353 points and 11 wu's. Even now, their average is around 151 points per wu, which is small. Just an observation in case it requires reporting.

Sometimes after contest round changes it takes some on the team a little bit to get going again for a day or so, perhaps failed WU's or slow ones. 4 isn't so bad it was 1/2 the team on 0 for a little while after this round started.

after reading your post i looked at eoc, and that did look odd, i dont look at the stats very often so i didnt notice until now. im not home very much now that its beginning to be summer, so i had my 10year old little brother make sure that his and my dads pc was folding, and he didnt see that his own was failing some wu´s, but i found the problem last night when i got home, and it was simple just because his moniter was set too auto shut off after some minutes with caused the wu´s to fail. so if folding perfektly now after turning it off :D

Failed units are always frustrating. I only brought it up because it appears that the contest statistics takes failed WU's as completed WU's, and was giving you quite a few contest points. For fairness sake, it may need to be reported to troy8d, so the points can be adjusted. If I recall correctly, that is what the rules stated. Otherwise, Fold on!

IstBarP And i like how high my Contest PPD is right now! :D.. didn't foresee that! ^^ hmm.. I didn't either.. I think you'll get closer to 87-89 CPPD as time goes.. Before this round started I expected you to be around there based on the clients you have running. Those non-"adv-method" WUs may have caused me to miscalculate. Since your team got such a comfortable lead I think you should return to adv-method WUs since they do more PPD on most clients.. I know they do a little less CPPD but in order to reach the 800M goal, we need all the points we can possibly get :D Keep up the good work

Then i could get diablo 3 when its released. And possibly SC2. Bf3 is getting boring to play when it is all you play day in and day out =X
