Oh well, we'll get up there again, we just have to fold on!.. soooo many of my hp servers are above 60%, so i should see lots of points tonight while i sleep!..

Nice Nice I am hoping I finish the WU's on the 2600K before everyone gets home to start watching movies and tv off of it.

Well I am now able to fold with my top card only hitting 80C at 70% fan speed. Decent improvement for me since it is a lot quieter then the 80% I had to have it at previously. I still want to try and lower my temps with out having to get an aftermarket cooler since i cant get one of those anyway.

Dam and here comes the heat again on my top card =X Friggin pops has to be the only one home with me now and turned the ac off because he has issues and gets cold in 80 - 90F weather. what the heck

Yeah I am probably going to have to shut down for a little bit to better prepare to run over night while I sleep. I hope it doesn't put to much of a damper in our points. I will try to atleast complete some if not all of the wu's before resting my rigs so my points will go towards this round and still be able to produce more before noon tomorrow.

Well i just got my last HPCS servers up and running.. Now i have 20 servers, 2500k and a gts 450.. That should up my ppd to about 65k ppd!.. thats a long way from the 20k ppd i did before (my system could do 25k ppd, but i only have this main rig, and i need to game once in a while)..
so for now, about 60k all day long for the rest of the game!.. i sure hope they finish their WU's all of them!.. have 3 servers that i know won't make it.. i did -advmethods on the first 4 servers, and found out that took about 3 days for those WU's, so for the rest of the servers it is only normal WU's which takes about 20 hours!..

Nice! Hopefully I can come up with a better solution to better cool my top card to get back into folding with it. For now the the cpu alone will have to do. Main I notice a massive difference in temperatures now that I stopped folding on here. My room isn't feeling like I am outside anymore. That is crazy!

I wish i could help you!.. have you tried placing a fan near the end of the cards blowing into the cards?

Well I hope you get enough sleep for school mayne! And yeah I had a fan in the rear and side blowing on the cards. Helped a bit but not as much as I hoped. Back up and running for now. Let em cool down for a bit, played some bf3. Now time to get back in the comp. Hopefully its not to late, I see they have almost 400 points more then us now. =/

very hard to fold this much on this very old piece of you know what ;).. GTS 450 really is a bad card... but i am still amazed since i payed such a small amount of money for it, and it still runs BF3 and MW3 and so on!..

hehe :) my dad got to take the most of the old pc´s at his work when they got new ones, so im just trying to get the most out of them since my 3 470 is not watercooled like hething´s, so i would not be able to stay in the room if i folded on those mini jet engines xD
my 2600k is still folding 24/7 along with the other older stuff that makes less noise :D

i have a GTS 450 and a 2500k ^^.. and i even have to stop them while gaming (an hour or two.. maybe a bit more) every evening.. but then i got the HP servers and they made up for lost time ;).. i projected 12 and i made 16 cppd before i got servers, but now my cppd is skyrocketing ! .. my rig is able to make 25k ppd, and with hp servers i make like 65+k ppd ^^

Yeah, Watercooled 470s is greatly recommended. Im folding at 750 on core, but can easily do 825. Temps allow me to do this, but I want them to last for a few years more, so I do not want to kill them already. ATM im doing 174,004.4 PPD.. This is pure FYI.. NOS IS ON!!

So you are saying the Pimps and Maniac's should just shut it down at midnight tonight because there is no way either of our teams ares going to be able to match your team's awesome total or be able generate as many points as you do? Just Sayin
