Quick questions !? if i may

" Display initialization order is: VGA, DVI, HDMI, DP "

If this is correct, and i'm being outputted via my HDMI port , and that HDMI is the 3rd to initialize , would it be a poor thought to switch to VGA rather than HDMI?

And also if i did would it degrade my quality of video display by doing so?
Lastly would this increase my boot time?

The order really only matters if you have multiple monitors connected, and which is marked as primary, secondary, tertiary, etc. DVI, HDMI, or DP will offer the best quality, as they're digital connections. The initialisation process on boot is so fast, there' nothing to gain by trading your HDMI connection for VGA.

The only annoyance about HDMI is not being able to see anything after the POST screen, until I reach the desktop.

This will only occur if you have another monitor connected, if HDMI is the only connection then you will see BIOS.
