I just received my new 970 and it came with a "50% off your next purchase" coupon for power supplys and gaming mice. The PSU I was originally going to purchase happened to be avaible for this promo (the 750 G2). I can't figure out how to apply it or anything and I was wondering if someone could help. If this is in the wrong place, sorry I'm new here.

Hi, I suggest you to contact EVGA with mail.
If you have 50% discount on power supply you can use that to buy excellent PSU.
As you say 750 G2 example.

When purchasing from the EVGA store, there should be a point toward the end where you input promo's, just before the final checkout verification.  If it isn't working in your current browser, try a different one.  Internet Explorer is the only one I have found that will allow me to purchase properly while applying promo's and other like items.

I can not get images to assist, because I am at work and can't use the checkout feature, but it is the third step in the checkout process, where on the bottom right it should have "Promo" and "EVGA Bucks" available.

I didn't have to enter anything.  I put the stuff in my cart and went to the last step before entering my payment information and it showed the discount automatically at that point in the process.  I registered my cards though.

I can confirm that the coupon code will automatically be added to your order during checkout and will show at the top of the credit card submission page along with the new pricing.

+1 to this. The EVGA website works very well with IE for just about anything. You go to other browsers, especially when mobile, and all kinds of weird things start happening......or nothing happens. :D

So has this promo ended? I purchased a psu listed on the promo page and got no discount.

Here is the answer I got for anyone interested......

    Hello,

To the promotion code, for the power supply. If you still have the tag that come with the video card. You would need to send a picture of the tag and serial sticker to rebates@evga.com and they would send out a code to use at the checkout. I did check out your order and there was no promotion code added. Also I have mark the order for cancellation, this will process on Monday because the billing department isn't here at the weekends. The refund will take 3 to 5 business days.

    Regards,
    EVGA

I didn't see anywhere on the tag that said I had to do all that. Oh well, they were kind enough to cancel my order anyways.

I just registered my GPUs and now the discount is automatically applied when I put a power supply in my shopping cart. Did you register your card and try to buy a PSU under the same account?

Yes I registered my card. What happened was I was comparing different power supplies specs and got off the list of power supplies listed as eligible for a discount without realizing it. It was my goof. But that is the kind of stuff that happens to you as you get old.

    Thanks for your reply.
