My granddad is a very great old man who means a lot to me. He is one of those cool granddads who is very interested in what his grandkids were doing. He was the one who taught me to do math. He was the one who taught me to control a football (soccer). He was the one who taught me to play cards. But best of all he taught me to be me. He is a great man.
In the last year or so his health-level has been a decreasing function. But in the last few days it has been even worse. Actually he went to hospital last night and today his sickness got even even worse so now he is on intensive care. His lungs are not functioning properly and beside that he also got a pneumonia. A bad one. Which is actually making the other sickness even worse.. His lungs may not never get to work properbly.. so my life with him could end here. At this ward. Sad. Very sad. 
I visited him 2 hrs ago and I don't want to go into details on this but It was a tough visit. Emotionally tough. I hope for the best eventhough the numbers are against it. 
I hope you understand my situation, and why I can't be online for some time. I will return sometime. And I will finish my mod sometime but life got priorities and this situation means way more to me than my rig.

This will be a short message cause I can't handle all the tears.. 
Last night my granddad had some problems with an unexperinced doctor. My granddad got upset cause the doctor used 3 pricks to give him some anaesthetization or something? but the doctor couldn't find the vein eventhough he used 3 tries so he gave up and another doctor did the job. As a result of my granddad getting upset about this his level of oxygen in his blod got very low. Actually it got so low that he was about to die but for some reason he just didn't. Today was deffinitely not a good day. Not at all. The doctor came in. He took seat at the edge of the bed and from there he goes like this: "Hans, we've tried the best we could but nothing seems to help you. We have decided that if you get really really bad, so bad that you need to be on a respirator, we won't let you, as it won't help you fix your lungs. You'll never get back to life from there. We would have to pull the plug sooner or later. We'll do whatever we can do to give you the best ending on your very long and great life." Even in a situation like this my granddad was very cool. He is simply awesome. He will never back down. Never. He simply replied: "it remains to be seen".  
Truth is that he is not going to cheat death this time. He has done that two times before but not this time. This time it is serious. No one knows if we're talking hours, days or even weeks but this is going to end.

I ain't going to lie, i cried a bit when I read your thread.  I wish I had my grandpa from my mother/father side alive so I can hear their past stories, but both of them die when i was too young to comprehend.
