    What are the sites though? Does it tell you?

    I think those are the sites that were breached. Whether or not your email/username was part of that breach is unknown. Because I had 5 breaches but there are like 20 sites when you scroll down.

    I had 2 breaches but the two sites it showed, I never registered for or had anything to do with.... Weird

    It's not up to date. I know of more breeches than what was shown for my email.

    Very time consuming, but every time I read about a breach, I change my passwords.  Paranoia can be a safe thing in this case.

    Did it ever cross your mind that with a site name "have I been pwned" you're just feeding your email address to spammers?
