This is very sad news, he is a great guy and a great member of our Folding Team. It's very nice to see what you guys did for him yesterday. I'm wondering if we should start folding for him (using his folding name), to show respect and support to him and his family during this difficult time.

You're right on DF, we talked about some kind of Folding event for him on TS yesterday.
Still need to work out the details but EVGA mods expressed a desire to support and promote it.

I DON'T FOLD! That being said (and after gaming a bit with the caps lock on...) I'd fold this one time if there's an event set up for the man. He's done a lot for the team... let's show him some love.

I did not know Wrinvert, but he was always here posting great help and info. Plus a lot of entertainment..
Best wishes to his family, to stay strong with all the support of his MANY friends here thinking of all of them.
Bring on a folding challenge, great idea..We can definitely show some Love and Respect for someone so great..

Like Opolis said, it would be great to get a 30-day folding event for him going. Violence got me his passkey, so when all is approved by eVGA, we will post the information. I have not folded in over a year, but I will be turning my machine back on for Todd. It would also be awesome if we could get other folding teams to participate. You guys have all the connections, so let me know how you all want to handle this.

I think it will be a great idea and something he would really appreciate if it happens. that would mean alot to him as i know he was very involved in folding. even visiting him yesterday he was still wondering about folding ect

I am 100% sure there will be a good turnout. I will certainly contact other teams and individuals I know and if the old curmudgeon, cough (Viper97) cough will fold then let's call this a done deal. A time frame sounds better and more meaningful than a point's frame to me.

I was not able to get on TS this weekend, and would appreciate anyone that can pass along my well wishes to wrinvert. He has been an amazing part of this folding team and community that exemplifies what makes it great. I stopped coming to these forums, as well as folding a long time ago (three, maybe four years). However, I came back because I got a PM from troy8d about wrinvert. I don't suspect I'll be back as an active member of the forums (beyond full-time swing-shift job, children, etc) but I will resume folding for a short while to show support for wrinvert.
