I can confirm that the metal in the pic is Aluminum.  Thats about it.  :P

well...... well i guess its a water block, and if it is I think you should try connecting it to a firehose pipe and turning on, as a pressure check... I really want to see that, someone trying to cool their pc using really high pressure fire hydrant things.......

now im going off topic...
