Hello kniblock,
I can definitely understand your concern with regards to this issue but unfortunately at this time I still do not have a specific date that I can provide for you for your card to be sent out. That being said however, perhaps I can give you (and others that may see this thread) a little bit of information about what is going on at our RMA centers.
As I'm sure you are aware, currently we are performing the thermal mod on
all applicable 10 series cards (this includes yours) and it has delayed our processing time considerably for some customers due to the queue that has formed. We are processing these requests as quickly as possible in order to accommodate the volume of requests, and I would expect yours to be going out soon according to your RMA details, but EVGA is asking for your patience in this matter as we try to resolve each request moving forward.
Our typical RMA turnaround time remains 1-3 business days, however in these extenuating circumstances 'typical' would not accurately describe these cases. I apologize for the inconvenience caused by this, but based on the time frame of your request it arrived before the bulk of these requests began to arrive during a period where we were more optimistic about the turn-around time and the delays were not expected to be as severe.
One of our representatives will reach out to you directly in order to further discuss your case specifically in more depth, however at this time we can only ask for your understanding in the issue as we try to provide you continued support even through this setback. Please feel free to contact us at our 24 hour support line at (888)881-3842 or by email at
support@evga.com and we are more than happy to provide you further details where possible.
