I just bought the GTX 1080 SC for my computer and when I'm playing games, there is a loud noise coming from my home theater speakers. Didn't have that issue with my previous card GTX 960.
 
Anyone knows what can be causing this and how to fix it?

    Intel 3165 AC is a wireless card. Try moving the video card to another pci-e slot if you have another one available to see if it helps eliminate/reduce the noise.

    Forgot to mention I have an Alien Graphic Amplifier and this is where the 1080 GTX sits. Only one PCie slot.

    Try changing your Playback Devices settings in Windows, and try some different speakers or headphones.  See if the sound is still present there as well.

    I get hum in my headphones if I have my microphone sensitivity/volume set too high - try muting your laptop's mic or turning down the slider.

    Does the problem occur when the amplifier is disconnected from your laptop?

    Are you using the same cables with the 1080 as you did with the 960?

    Yes, the same HDMI cable. I also tried another one, in case the problem was with the cable.

    I can't use the amplifier alone and the 1080 doesn't fit in the X51.
