Hot!How to see my position in the step-up queue?

After applying for GTX 1080 step-up, I received this email: "You are currently in the queue phase. You may check your position in queue at any time from your "My Products" detail page. When your position reaches #0, you will receive another email with instructions for step 2."
 
However, when I go to "My Products page", I cannot find anywhere that tells me my position. Everything is showing as "Pending..."

    Thank you very much and I have received your email. There is nothing wrong with your application, the problem is the email should not say that you can check your queue position since you cannot and it needs to be fixed. I do apologize for the confusion on this matter.

    Could you explain me how queue system works? People will be picked randomly or in FIFO?  Are the queue for EU separated from US?
     
    According to my application time in the email, could you estimate how long I have to wait? My work requires me move outside the EU at the end of August. I'm afraid that the process will take longer than this.

    The Queue system works on a first come first serve basis. The US Stock is seperate from the EU stock. Unfortunately there is no time frame I am able to give since these cards are in very high demand.
