I started my Step-up process yesterday from a 770 to a 970 but I cant find my position in the Queue, on the product page under view details it just says "Queue Position" Pending in the little chart. Am i missing something or is this where my number should be?

It's because they haven't had the time to actually start a queue yet. I'm sure you'll see a number appear early next week. Gotta give it time!

I'm just as anxious as you are haha. Queue will likely move faster than they used to as well, since not a lot of people tend to order the vanilla models (what we receive in a step-up) when others with upgraded cooling are available at nearly the same price.
