Wouldn't suprise me to find out it was a dare between security officers I'm thinking it has something to do with surrendering our right by allowing a congress that continues to ignore the constitution to remain in office. This isn't a left vs right thing. Then again this would be a perfect time for the jump to conclusions game from office space.

An act of terrorism? For real? Two flags were painted white on a bridge.....no one was injured, no great damage to property took place. Two flags were painted white or whatever......America is still standing.
Instead of a couple of flags the worry should be that obesity will kill 1 in 5 Americans......now that is a terrible thing.

The guy painted a flag white, the universal sign of surrender. Yeah its a stretch, but is it not possible he is making a statement with that flag that he is surrendering something, possibly his rights under a certain document? Yeah its political but you massively failed to understand claiming that it has nothing to do with this thread. I know critical thinking seems to be a thing more of the past anymore but gee whiz. Surrender and white flag couldn't be put together?

I guess the key words there are "a symbol of politics". That would include the white house, and every dept under it. Like the NSA (other federal agencies), federal buildings, gun lobbyists, veterans day, memorial day, Independence day, flag day, talking about the American flag, and countless other things. Glad you helped me to see the light. Myself, and the other Mods will have to scrutinize the threads more carefully, and thoroughly from now on, to make sure there isn't anything that can be construed as political. I just wanted to thank you. I will now lock this thread for being what can be construed by others as political.
