How much longer do I need to wait for my Thermal kit?

I requested the Thermal Mod on the day the request went online. I think this was October 14th?
 
Since then I haven't received anything. For the past few weeks it's been saying "Awaiting shipment".
 
This is the first time I went with Nvidia, and went with EVGA because people recommended them. Plus I liked the design.
But for the past few weeks I haven't been playing any games because I'm nervous of the card just blowing up and maybe even taking other parts with it.
 
Can I please get an ETA on when the kit finally gets send out? EVGA EU doesn't even respond to my emails.
This does leave a bad taste in my mouth sadly.

    I do agree it can be quite frustrating. For me is says that they shipped on Nov 2nd, and I still don't have them. Yet, my powerlinks shipped on the 8th and I got those on the 15th. Kind of annoyed since I wanted to get it done this weekend and really expected them to be here by now.

    Ordered day 1, which was the 24th of October IIRC. They shipped this week and might be here today.
     
    EVGA opened up the thermal mod to ALL ACX 3.0 cards and not just the problem FTW models, that's why it's taking such a long time - a lot of people wanted the mod.
