How long until my step-up card ships out?

EVGA received my card on 11/21/16.  I was hoping that it would at least ship out before they're closed for Thanksgiving. How long does it usually take to ship out the new card after receipt of the old one?

    They shipped it on thanksgiving? They recieved my card the same day but nothing yet, and I was hoping the same thing as you!
