How long to ship new card!!!

Ok guys.....Evga received my card 10/31
Today is 11/8 and they didn't ship my card yet!!!
any ideias?
Already called a few times,they said will be shipped soon :( when?? :(
Computer is off since then...i need my computer to do my work!!! :(

    EVGA is extremely busy because of the thermal pad issue. Please be patient.
