The ACX 2.0+ coolers for Titan X are back in stock and I'm curious how hard it is to install them.  Is it pretty fool-proof?  And will I void my EVGA card warranty by installing it?  I didn't buy the card through EVGA...I bought my SuperClocked Titan X card through Tiger Direct, which is an authorized retailer for EVGA.  Thanks much for the help!

It's fairly easy to install, if you can build a PC then you'll have no trouble. You'll want to remove the screws on the back of the card and gently pull/twist the cooler off. Remember to unplug the fan when it comes free. Here is what it looks like with everything removed including the metal heatsinks under the cooler.

Installing any type of EVGA or other cooler on your card will not void the warranty as long as you dont damage the card in the process. Also make sure you keep the original cooler in case you need to send it back for RMA.

Most people make the biggest a mistake with the proper amount of thermal grease to re-apply.

Also a good tip to make sure the stock heat sink comes off easy is to run the card say in a benchmark program or play a game to warm up the old thermal paste then it will come off without a problem.
