How does warranty service work on evga DG-8 case

How will the warranty work on EVGA DG-8 case. Will customers have to ship the 40lbs+ case for any warranty service or can they request replacement parts. Will customers be charged shipping for any replacement part?

    Hi,
     
    The case itself does not need to be warrantied as all of the components are able to be replaced when it is needed to assist our customers.  If the case is damaged during shipping then it is recommended to work with the place of purchase or the shipper.

    Should we take the silence as customers have to pay shipping on replacement parts?

    well, i'll soon have my new LED strip sent to me. i think it was free of charge but will not know until i get tracking info.

    Of course not, if a part is somehow defective then we will simply ship that part to the customer at no cost to them.
     
    However if the item is physically damaged then this would not be covered under warranty.
