How do you update secondary BIOS on GTX 1080 FTW ACX 3.0?

Succesfully updated primary bios on both my cards (2x 1080 GTX FTW ACX 3.0 in SLI w HB EVGA Bridge). I have the second bios update extracted and ready to go but I don't want to just run it without knowing what to expect. Did some searching online and read something about having to physicially change to the secondary bios before flashing via a jumper on the card?
 
Just want to clarify before I potentially brick my cards.

    Look on the Cards edge. there is a master/slave jumper

    It's near the power connector in your gpu, you will see a small switch.
