Just have to port forward, make exceptions.

You access your router by typing 192.168.2.1 into a web browser.

This guy did a decent video explaining how:

There is a list of games in the drop down menu to choose from. The game I want to open the port for is not listed. Is there a way to add a game to it?

I see you found it but I will share this in case others are looking later and come across this thread.

To find your router's internal IP address: Look for your computer's default gateway or use A List of Common Default Router IP Addresses. You can also use the public address. To find the router's public IP address: Go to google.com and search for "what is my ip"  and google will show you your router's public IP address.

To find a system/device IP address: Open a command prompt in windows and type "ipconfig or ipconfig /all" or look at the active network connection details. You might be able to find it on your router too. My routers have network maps and client lists which contain hostnames, MAC addresses and IP addresses for all attached devices.

EDIT: If you setup port forwarding to a specific IP address always ensure you create a DHCP reservation or use a manual/static IP address so it doesn't change. How to Set Up DHCP Reservations So You Never Have to Check a Local IP Address Again

Set port-forwarding on Belkin router through dashboard –

  1. Launch the internet browser and after that compose Belkin router’s IP address i.e., “192.168.2.1” in the address bar and afterward hit Enter.
  2. You are presently diverted to Dashboard Homepage where you need to tap on “Cutting edge Settings”.
  3. Next, tap on “Port Forwarding” under the Firewall area.
  4. Presently you need to fill in vital data in the fields that are showing right now. To pick preset applications, tap on the drop-down menu and arrange up to 20 sections.
